Taichung, Taiwan – Ming-Li Precision Steel Molds Co., Ltd. has officially launched its newest application page focused on High-Precision Plastic Gears, showcasing the company’s capabilities in micro-gear production, quiet transmission systems, and advanced thermoplastic materials. This expansion reflects growing industry demand across automotive, medical, robotics, and consumer electronics sectors for lightweight, low-noise, and long-life gearing solutions.
Plastic gears produced by Ming-Li are designed with tight tolerances down to ±0.005 mm, and are compatible with high-performance materials such as POM, PA66, PA46, PPS, and PEEK, offering superior dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and wear performance.
